My name is Maddy! I recently graduated from Washington State University with degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology. During my time at WSU, I was also an active member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority. I’ve lived in Washington my whole life and enjoy being part of a people-focused environment. Before and after college, I worked at Starbucks, where I developed strong customer service skills and a love for working with people in fast-paced environments. I recently became a Coffee Master in early 2026, which reflects my passion for learning and quality in everything I do. Working at PAC Audiology has given me the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people and be part of a team that truly cares about improving patients’ quality of life. I love getting to know our patients and helping create a positive experience for them every single day. Outside of the clinic, you can find me relaxing with my two cats or out with my friends!
